COVID-19 Policies

1.  I will be in touch with each client before your appointment to ask the following questions:

  • Have you developed a cough within the last 72 hours?

  • Have you developed a fever within the last 72 hours?

  • Have you had shortness of breath within the last 72 hours?

  • Have you been in close contact with anyone with these symptoms or anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

If your answer to any of these questions is YES, I must reschedule your appointment for the health and safety of myself and others who share the building.

2.  You must wear a cloth, paper or disposable face covering to your appointment.

3.  You will need to wait outside the building or in your car until I contact you via phone or text to let you know I am ready to begin your appointment. I will meet you at the door and walk you to the treatment room.

4.  Remember to remain at least six feet from anyone you may meet on your way into the building.

5.  You will be asked to use hand sanitizer provided by me before your appointment.

6.  You will need to bring your own water bottle to replenish before and after your treatment. The use of our water cooler is no longer available. All items such as magazines, newspapers and intake forms have also been removed from the waiting area.

7.  Do not bring anyone else with you to the appointment.

8.  Please use the restroom before you arrive to your appointment, as we are trying to limit the amount of exposure to our restroom. Of course, it will still be available if you indeed need to use it.

On my end, I will

  • Wear a mask at all times

  • Provide hand sanitizer

  • Change clothing/aprons between clients

  • Provide disinfected plastic bin for your clothes

  • Provide fresh linens, including new blankets, for each client

  • Disinfect treatment room thoroughly between clients

  • Provide an air filter in the treatment room

  • Wear gloves during massage if requested
